You can purchase a wide range of approved services that support travelers, expats, and global workers — from visa help and document preparation to airport transfers, housing setup, and cultural guidance.


2. How do I pay for services?

All payments are made securely through Tripdeo’s escrow system. Funds are held until the seller delivers the service and you confirm completion.


3. Is my payment safe?

Yes. Tripdeo uses escrow protection, so your money is only released to the seller after the service is delivered as agreed.


4. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are possible if the seller does not deliver the service, misrepresents the service, or violates our policies. Refunds are credited to your Tripdeo Wallet for future purchases. (See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for details.)


5. How do I choose the right seller?

Review the seller’s profile, verification status (KYC/KYB), ratings, and past reviews. Verified sellers are highlighted for added trust.


6. What if the service is late or not as described?

If the service is late, you may cancel and request a refund. If the service doesn’t match the description, you can open a dispute. Tripdeo Support will review the case and mediate.


7. Can I contact the seller before buying?

Yes. You can send messages to sellers through Tripdeo before placing an order to clarify details and ensure the service fits your needs.


8. Who are the sellers on Tripdeo?

Sellers are individuals or agencies offering approved services — such as visa consultants, travel planners, local guides, housing agents, translators, and more. All must comply with Tripdeo’s policies.


9. What happens if I cancel an order?

If you cancel before the seller starts, you may receive a full refund (credited to your Tripdeo Wallet). If the service has already started, cancellation is reviewed case by case.


10. How do I get support if I face a problem?
