  • Seller Content: Sellers retain ownership of original content they create (e.g., guides, itineraries, documents, translations). By uploading or offering services, sellers grant Tripdeo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, market, and promote such content solely on the platform.

  • Buyer Content: Buyers retain ownership of any content or materials they upload for the purpose of service fulfillment (e.g., text, images, documents). Buyers grant Tripdeo and relevant sellers a limited license to use such content strictly for the completion of purchased services.

2. Permitted Use

  • Buyers may use deliverables purchased on Tripdeo solely for personal or agreed business purposes.

  • Sellers may only use buyer-provided materials to complete services and must not reuse, resell, or disclose them outside the platform.

  • No user may copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Tripdeo’s content without prior written consent.

3. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Uploading, selling, or distributing content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

  • Using Tripdeo’s name, logo, or branding without authorization.

  • Replicating, scraping, or reverse-engineering Tripdeo’s platform or databases.

  • Misrepresenting ownership of content or offering services using pirated or unauthorized material.

4. Reporting Infringements

  • If you believe your IP rights have been infringed on Tripdeo, you may submit a complaint to support@tripdeo.com with:

    • Identification of the IP being infringed,

    • URL or listing details,

    • Proof of ownership,

    • Your contact information.

  • Tripdeo will review complaints promptly and may remove infringing content, suspend accounts, or take other necessary actions.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Removal of infringing content or services.

  • Suspension or permanent termination of accounts.

  • Reporting to relevant authorities or legal action by IP owners.

6. Liability

  • Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their services and content do not infringe any third-party IP rights.

  • Tripdeo acts as a marketplace facilitator and does not guarantee or endorse the originality of seller-provided content.

  • Buyers are responsible for using purchased deliverables lawfully and in accordance with this policy.

7. Policy Updates

Tripdeo may update this Intellectual Property Rights Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Updates will be published with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
