Seller FAQ

Last updated: 1 month ago

1. What can I sell on Tripdeo?

You can list only approved services that support travelers, expats, and global workers — from visa assistance and document prep to housing setup, airport transfers, and cultural guidance. All services must comply with Tripdeo’s Approved Gig Services Policy.

2. How much does it cost to join as a seller?

It’s free to create a seller account on Tripdeo. There are no subscription fees. We charge a small commission on each completed order — you keep the rest.

3. How do I set my service prices?

You decide your own rates based on effort, scope, and value. Tripdeo allows flexible pricing from $5 to $10,000 per gig, depending on the category.

4. How do I get paid?

All payments go through Tripdeo’s escrow system. Funds are released to your Tripdeo Wallet after you deliver the service and the buyer confirms. You can then withdraw to your bank or use the balance to purchase other services.

5. Do I need verification (KYC/KYB)?

Yes. To ensure trust and compliance, sellers must complete identity verification. Agencies or companies may be asked to submit business licenses or registrations. Verified sellers get higher visibility and more buyer trust.

6. What if a buyer cancels or disputes my service?

If a buyer cancels before you start, no issue. If a dispute arises, Tripdeo’s support team will review the evidence from both sides. Payments remain in escrow until the case is resolved.

7. How much can I earn?

Your earnings depend on the number of services you deliver and demand for your expertise. Some sellers use Tripdeo for extra income, while others generate steady income by regularly serving expats and travelers.

8. How flexible is the work?

Very flexible. You can list services at your own pace. Many sellers start part-time and grow into full-time providers as they gain experience and reviews.

9. Who are my customers?

Your main customers are expats, travelers, and international workers who need services such as visa support, relocation help, or local guidance.

10. Where can I get help as a seller?

If you have issues with your account, payments, or policies, you can always reach out at support@tripdeo.com or raise a support ticket.
