Welcome to Tripdeo.com (“Tripdeo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you (“you,” “buyer/client,” or “seller/gig provider”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Platform Role & Scope

  • Tripdeo is a marketplace facilitator. We connect buyers (clients) and sellers (gig providers) for travel-related and expat services.

  • We are not an employer, agency, or contractor of sellers. Sellers act as independent service providers.

  • Tripdeo does not guarantee the outcome of any service provided by sellers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

  • Sellers may be required to provide KYC/KYB verification before offering services.

  • By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and lawful.

3. Rules for Buyers (Clients)

  • Clients may browse, book, and purchase services listed by sellers.

  • Payments must be completed through Tripdeo’s secure payment system.

  • Clients may not attempt to bypass the platform by contacting sellers directly for off-platform deals.

  • Refunds, cancellations, or disputes will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Rules for Sellers (Gig Providers)

  • Sellers must provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines.

  • Sellers are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals needed for their services.

  • Misrepresentation, fraud, or delivering restricted/prohibited services may result in account suspension.

  • Sellers agree to pay any applicable fees, commissions, or service charges to Tripdeo.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Sellers retain ownership of their original content (e.g., guides, itineraries, documents) but grant Tripdeo a limited license to display and market their services.

  • Buyers may only use purchased deliverables for personal or agreed business purposes. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Tripdeo’s name, logo, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Restricted & Prohibited Services

Sellers may not list or deliver services involving:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities.

  • Fake or forged travel/visa documents.

  • Adult, obscene, or exploitative content.

  • Weapons, narcotics, or regulated substances.

  • Services that violate immigration, tax, or labor laws.
    Tripdeo reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

7. Payments & Fees

  • Buyers agree to pay full fees at the time of booking.

  • Sellers receive payouts minus Tripdeo’s commission/service fees.

  • Tripdeo may withhold payouts if fraudulent activity, disputes, or legal obligations arise.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Tripdeo acts as a neutral facilitator and is not a party to contracts between buyers and sellers.

  • We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of services provided by sellers.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripdeo disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions.

  • Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

  • Refuse to cooperate with compliance/KYC checks.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes should first be raised through Tripdeo Support.

  • Tripdeo may mediate but does not guarantee a resolution in every case.

  • In unresolved disputes, parties must rely on their own legal remedies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
