Tripdeo.com (“Tripdeo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) only permits approved services (“gigs”) to be listed and sold on the platform. This ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and platform standards. All sellers (gig providers) must strictly adhere to this policy.


1. Compliance Standards

  • Legality: All services must comply with applicable immigration, travel, tax, labor, and consumer protection laws.

  • Accuracy: Sellers must provide truthful descriptions, timelines, and pricing. Misrepresentation or false claims are prohibited.

  • Prohibited Services: No forged, fake, or illegal documents; no adult, harmful, or fraudulent content; no activities that could mislead buyers.

  • Data Handling: Any buyer data (e.g., passport copies, personal information) must be handled according to Tripdeo Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA).

  • Verification: Some categories may require seller KYC/KYB checks before activation.

3. Seller Responsibilities

  • Deliver services on time as per the Service Delivery Policy.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all buyer documents.

  • Ensure services are advisory, facilitation, or support-only (Tripdeo is not a visa authority or employer).

  • Use only authentic, verifiable sources for documents or guidance.

  • Clearly communicate what is included/excluded in the gig.


4. Buyer Protections

  • Payments are held in escrow until service completion.

  • Buyers can cancel or dispute if services are not delivered or misrepresented.

  • Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.


5. Enforcement

  • Non-compliance may result in gig removal, account suspension, permanent ban, or reporting to authorities.

  • Repeat violations will trigger permanent account restrictions.

  • Tripdeo reserves the right to expand, limit, or revise approved gig categories.
