Effective Date: 10-05-2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between buyers (clients) and sellers (gig providers) on Tripdeo.com (“Tripdeo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our platform, both buyers and sellers agree to these terms.

1. General Principles

  • Tripdeo is a facilitator platform. We provide the marketplace but do not act as employer, contractor, or guarantor of services.

  • All users must act in good faith, ensuring fair, respectful, and lawful use of the platform.

2. Buyer Terms

  • Safe Payments: Buyers must complete all payments through Tripdeo’s secure payment system. Off-platform payments are prohibited.

  • Refund Conditions: Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be managed according to Tripdeo’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Fair Usage: Buyers may not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent orders, or harass sellers.

  • Information Accuracy: Buyers must provide correct and complete information for bookings and service requirements.

3. Seller Terms

  • Service Delivery: Sellers are solely responsible for delivering services as described in their listings, within agreed timelines.

  • Compliance with Laws: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including immigration, tax, labor, and consumer protection regulations.

  • Prohibited Content/Services: Sellers may not offer illegal, fraudulent, or restricted services (see Prohibited Services Policy).

  • KYC/KYB Obligations: Sellers may be required to provide identity or business verification (KYC/KYB) to continue offering services.

  • Responsibility: Sellers bear full responsibility for the quality, safety, and legality of their services.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Step 1 – Direct Communication: Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly through Tripdeo’s messaging system.

  • Step 2 – Tripdeo Mediation: If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to Tripdeo Support, which may mediate but does not guarantee an outcome.

  • Step 3 – External Remedies: If mediation fails, parties must seek remedies under applicable law or through independent arbitration/courts.

5. Liability & Limitations

  • Tripdeo is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or representations of buyers or sellers.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripdeo disclaims liability for losses, damages, or disputes arising from platform use.

  • Tripdeo may suspend, limit, or terminate any account that violates this Agreement.

6. Amendments

Tripdeo reserves the right to update this Agreement. Users will be notified of significant changes via platform notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
